The 56 m² vacation apartment is located on the first floor of the building. Enjoy relaxing moments on the furnished north-facing terrace. The apartment features a living and dining area, a kitchenette, a bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower, offering space for up to 3 people to enjoy a restful vacation on the Baltic Sea. The beach is only about 50 meters away.
The living area is equipped with a cozy sofa set, a flat-screen TV, and a DVD player, inviting you to enjoy social evenings. You can use the house’s Wi-Fi access free of charge. The integrated dining area offers plenty of space for shared meals.
The modern kitchenette is fully equipped. It features a four-burner ceramic cooktop, an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave with grill and convection functions, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. A kettle, coffee maker, and toaster are also available for your use.
In the bedroom, a cozy double bed (180 x 200 cm) awaits you for a restful night’s sleep. The large wardrobe offers plenty of storage space for your personal belongings. The sleeper sofa in the living area can be quickly converted into a comfortable sleeping space for one person (160 x 200 cm). Curtains provide pleasant blackout coverage.
The modern bathroom features a walk-in shower. A hair dryer completes the bathroom amenities. The apartment is fully tiled. This is a non-smoking apartment; pets are allowed upon request.
