Casa Nautica is a charming one-bedroom cottage with a bright, bold colour palette and a distinctive nautical theme running throughout. Fresh tones of greens, blues, and whites create a vibrant yet uplifting interior, giving the space a crisp and welcoming feel.
The kitchen is well equipped with modern appliances, thoughtfully arranged for easy self-catering, although please note there is no dishwasher in this cottage. It opens into a relaxed open-plan lounge and dining area, designed for simple, comfortable living and easy time together.
The colorful bedroom adds to the rustic seafaring charm, where in contrast, the bathroom is clean and contemporary with a fresh white finish, enhancing the light and uncluttered feel of the cottage.
Perfect for 2 adults, Casa Nautica also benefits from air conditioning and WiFi for added convenience. Single sofa bed available in the lounge, ideal for one child
OUTSIDE LIVING
Outside, Casa Nautica enjoys a charming and peaceful little seating area positioned directly outside the front door, perfectly placed to catch the warm afternoon sun. It's an ideal spot for a quiet time to read of enjoy a refreshing drink.
Just a few metres away, guests have easy access to the shared pool area, a standout feature of the property. Here, a beautifully converted old water tank has been transformed into a unique swimming pool, offering a refreshing and memorable place to cool off. Comfortable sunbeds surround the pool, creating an inviting space to unwind, soak up the sun, and enjoy the relaxed atmosphere of this special setting. Please note the pool is shared by the other cottages.
LOCATION – VALE CARANGUEJO
This is a truly unique location, where former farmland now supports local farmers and seasonal vegetable crops, embracing the wider character of the estate. Quinta Vale Caranguejo sits within mature gardens and well-kept grounds, creating a genuine countryside feel while remaining incredibly well connected.
Tavira is just a 15-minute stroll away, a quick and easy cycle ride, making town access effortless. Evenings out are simple too, with Ubers readily available for convenient returns home. A shopping mall and supermarket are also almost on the doorstep, adding further ease to your stay.
A car is not essential when staying at Quinta Vale Caranguejo, thanks to its rare blend of peaceful natural surroundings and outstanding walkable access to town and amenities.
ACCESS & PARKING
This is private accommodation, and guests will have full access to all advertised areas and facilities. The cottages are set within private grounds with parking for up to 10 cars. All cottages are designed on one level, without any interior-exterior staircases.

GUEST SUPPORT
•24/7 Assistance: Our team of Property Guest Managers and our 24-hour phone line ensure fast help whenever you need it.
•Booking Confirmation: You will receive full details of your stay, including the address and location. We will also request an online check-in with your contact details and arrival time.
ARRIVAL & CHECK IN
•Warm Welcome: We can arrange airport transfers, shopping services and food packs.
•Personal Check-In: Whenever possible, a Guest Service Manager will welcome you on arrival. Some properties use key boxes if a personal check-in is not possible/required.
•Late Arrivals: Out-of-hours arrival fees may apply. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions.
LEGAL REQUIREMENTS
•AIMA (Borders Authority): Portuguese law requires us to collect passport details for all non-Portuguese guests. This is done securely during the online check-in process.
•Tourist Tax: Some municipalities in the Eastern Algarve charge a Tourist Tax. If applicable for your property, you will be informed at the time of booking.
GUEST VERIFICATION & DAMAGE PROTECTION
For platforms that do not offer guest insurance, we work with Truvi, a leading guest-screening provider. Before your stay:
•You will verify your personal details.
•You can choose between a refundable damage deposit and a non-refundable damage waiver.
We recommend the damage waiver for peace of mind in case of accidental damage.
