Apartamento Atlantico Tavira

Property was clean and neat. Mr Rui sent instructions on how to get into property the day before and departure instructions the day before we left. About 5 min drive to promenade and restaurants. Nice option to have access to swimming pool in complex up the road. Open Parking was available in front of building but me er had a problem getting a parking. Mr Rui left a little cake in kitchen on our arrival which was a lovely gesture.

A few minor issues that if sorted would make the place much better and possibly perfect. * Lounge has a 2 seater sofa which doesnt work when property caters for 4. We were 3 adults and someone always had to sit on a dining chair. * Kitchen not fully catered - only 1 large coffee cup, 3 teaspoons, no wine glasses. * No tea towels in kitchen to dry dishes * One plug in bathroom - had to share between bath and basin * Toilet roll holder broken in bathroom * No plug in kitchen sink * Second bedroom door doesn’t close as bed is too big for room or door catches corner of bed. * No storage / cupboard in second bedroom for guest to hang clothes. Person (adult) on second bedroom had to leave suitcase in passageway open as no space in room. * Noisy neighbours - drilling late at night, kids screaming in corridors late at night (even around midnight) * Right next to elevator and can hear elevator going up and down from second room. * Shutters in main room don’t close fully so light comes through as the sun is up at 6am. Second room has no shutters so awake as sun is up at 6am and very thin curtains.

Schlüsselübergabe wurde durch WA angekündigt, in unserem Fall sogar in deutscher Sprache. Die Wohnung war sauber und modern eingerichtet. Für die Gemütlichkeit täten ggf. ein paar Bilder an den Wänden gut. Die Nutzungsmöglichkeit der Poolanlage war super.

Man kann Wein auch aus Wassergläsern trinken, Weingläser sind aber besser. Bitte unbedingt in den Standard aufnehmen.

Nice large apartment. Location outside of town was good. It was a quiet location.

There was no oven in the kitchen. Instructions on how to use the TV would be helpful. Having some basic condiments like salt and pepper would help short term rentals.
