Casa Laranjeira is part of a unique collection of rental properties in Vale Caranguejo, 1km from the town centre, where a former farmhouse has been divided into four cottages available separately or together. Set on the edge of the Ria Formosa, surrounded by nature and mature gardens, yet close to the ocean, rural calm blends with coastal life. After a hard day at the beach, return to the tranquility and enjoy the pool before heading off for supper in the vibrant and charming town of Tavira.



INTERIOR

Casa Laranjeira is a two-bedroom cottage, opening into a bright and welcoming open-plan space that combines the kitchen, dining, and lounge areas into one comfortable and sociable living environment. The vaulted wooden ceilings enhance the sense of space and warmth, while large windows allow natural light to fill the room, creating an airy and relaxed atmosphere throughout the day.



The fully equipped kitchen sits at the heart of the space, complete with a dishwasher and oven, making self-catering easy and convenient, accompanied by a dining area with space for shared meals, and a comfortable lounge area designed for relaxing, complete with a wall-mounted TV for added comfort and entertainment. This open-plan layout creates a perfect setting for family time, socialising, and easy holiday living.



The cottage includes two bedrooms: one with a king-size bed and a second twin room, making it ideal for family stays. A newly installed modern shower room completes the property, offering a fresh and contemporary finish. Air conditioning throughout.



OUTSIDE LIVING

Outside, Casa Laranjeira enjoys a charming and peaceful little seating area positioned directly outside the front door, perfectly placed to catch the warm afternoon sun. It's an ideal spot for a quiet time to read of enjoy a refreshing drink. The cottage has a small BBQ for private use and an area for al fresco dining.



Just a few metres away, guests have easy access to the shared pool area, a standout feature of the property. Here, a beautifully converted old water tank has been transformed into a unique swimming pool, offering a refreshing and memorable place to cool off. Comfortable sunbeds surround the pool, creating an inviting space to unwind, soak up the sun, and enjoy the relaxed atmosphere of this special setting. Please note the pool is shared by the other cottages.



LOCATION – VALE CARANGUEJO

This is a truly unique location, where former farmland now supports local farmers and seasonal vegetable crops, embracing the wider character of the estate. Quinta Vale Caranguejo sits within mature gardens and well-kept grounds, creating a genuine countryside feel while remaining incredibly well connected.

Tavira is just a 15-minute stroll away, or a quick and easy cycle ride, making town access effortless. Evenings out are simple too, with Ubers readily available for convenient returns home. A shopping mall and supermarket are also almost on the doorstep, adding further ease to your stay.



A car is not essential when staying at Quinta Vale Caranguejo, thanks to its rare blend of peaceful natural surroundings and outstanding walkable access to town and amenities.

This is private accommodation, and guests will have full access to all advertised areas and facilities. The cottages are set within private grounds with parking for up to 10 cars. all cottages are designed on one level, without any interior or exterior staircases
