Relax in this tranquil 20m2 wooden tiny house for 2 people (12 years older recommended) situated in a beautiful valley 500 meters from São Julião beach. Ideal for Surfing, Yoga, hiking, bird watching, etc. The house provides everything for a comfortable stay; a double bed, bathroom with hot shower, clean towels available for each guest. kitchenette with refrigerator, induction hob, utensils and some basics such as salt, sugar, tea and coffee.
* There´s a celling Fan, for summer and winter.
* The tiny house is located on private land and within a small neighborhood, a 10-minute walk and a 3-minute drive from São Julião beach and a 10-minute drive from Ericeira Village.
* The tiny house is situated on a 5000 m² plot, and access is via wooden stairs, YOU HAVE TO GO UP & DOWN SOME STAIRS, Because the house is located in a valley.
* The owners live in the house located on the land and have 2 Friendly dogs, SHANTI & SHIVA.
* the Pool you can use, it´s a shared pool with another Bungalow and the Owners family.
* The tiny house will be situated in a space of land where you will have your privacy.
* Can Park closed to the gate of the property or in the street next to it.
*We have surf boards to rent
