Excellent 70 m2 apartment, located in S. Julião, with one bedroom and capacity for 4 people (2 adults + 2 children).
It consists of a living room with a sofa that is a double sofa bed; a bedroom with a double bed; a bathroom with a shower and an American-style kitchen fully equipped with a fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. It also has a washing machine, iron, internet access (wifi), hair dryer, air conditioning throughout the accommodation and an excellent balcony equipped with outdoor furniture.
This accommodation is located 15 minutes by car from the centre of Ericeira; 3 minutes by car and 20 minutes on foot from S. Julião Beach and 4 minutes by car and 25 minutes on foot from restaurants and mini market.
Note: We would like to inform you that, for stays exceeding 28 nights, the total value of electricity, water, and gas consumption included in the price is €150/month. Whenever, at the end of each month, the sum of said consumption exceeds this value, the remainder will be the responsibility of the guest, and this amount will be charged at the end of each month. We also inform you of the existence of a Municipal Tourist Tax, instituted in the form of a lodging tax in all AL properties. The value of this tax is charged per night and per person (over 12 years old) at the unit value of €2.50 in the high season (1 May to 31 October) and €1.20 in the low season (1 November to 30 April). The payment of this tax value is not included in the amount charged by the accommodation and must be paid in cash at check-in.
