About this apartment rental
This welcoming apartment presents you with an alluring balcony with views over green coastal hills and the sea. It is the perfect hideaway for fun family holidays and carefree gatherings, as the building boasts a pleasing pool and barbecue area where you can prepare and enjoy fun meals and relaxed sunbathing! The apartment is located between two of the most charming beaches of Sintra´s coast: Praia de São Julião and Praia do Lizandro.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms with double beds, a sofa bed in the living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious balcony and it is also fitted with a fireplace. The building has a swimming pool and barbecue area.
- Please be aware of noise between 10pm and 8 am.
- A DAMAGE DEPOSIT of 100€ will be asked before check-in. The damage deposit is refundable a 2/3 days after check-out, if no damage is done to the property.
- The municipality of Mafra charges a tourist tax which is 2,30€ (1 May - 31 October) or 1,20€ (1 November - 30 April) per person / per day (up to a maximum of 7 days), except for guests under 13 years old, that are exempt from payment. This charge will take place at the check-in. It is not included in the reservation.
