The heart of the house is the open-plan living, kitchen and dining area. A 3-metre dining table seats 12 people comfortably, positioned between a premium kitchen and the pool, with full-width doors that open to blur the line between indoors and out.
The kitchen is generous and well-appointed with a 3.2-metre island bench, butler's pantry, two fridges, two dishwashers, filtered water and ice, everything a seasoned chef could desire…unless you’d rather relax with takeaway from one of Freshwater's many nearby restaurants.
Upstairs, the master bedroom features a split king bed (configured as a king or two singles on request), a luxurious ensuite with bath, double shower, separate toilet, and double sinks, a walk in robe, all very private and set against ocean glimpses. Three additional bedrooms—two queens and a second split king (on request)—are supported by a main bathroom and powder room, giving everyone plenty of space to relax and unwind.
The separate pool house sits just off the back of the home and is a destination in its own right, with its own smart TV, electric fireplace, shower and toilet. Open it up as a daytime living area or close it down as a self-contained retreat for the kids or the kids at heart.
A dedicated media room with an 83-inch TV and seating for eight is perfect for evening entertainment, escaping the sun or rainy day movies.
If you can drag yourself away, a home office provides a quiet space to check in on work.
Keyless entry, four smart TVs, high-speed internet, air conditioning throughout, a full laundry with washer and dryer, and a lock-up garage with EV charger round out the essentials.

Freshwater Village lies between Manly and Curl Curl and is known for Freshwater Beach, a family-friendly surf beach, a compact high street of cafes, bakeries and surf shops, and easy coastal walking access to Manly (the scenic Manly–Freshwater foreshore walk). The area is residential and sheltered with parks and lookout points; popular activities are beach visits, coastal walks, surfing and casual dining in the village.
Public transport: buses run between Freshwater, Manly and key Northern Beaches corridors; the most frequent public connections are buses to Manly and to major interchanges where you can catch trains into the CBD. The Manly ferry (from Manly Wharf) is a fast and scenic link to Circular Quay and central Sydney — Manly is an easy bus or 20–35 minute walk (hilly) from Freshwater. Driving: streets connect to Harbord Road/Pittwater Road for north–south travel along the Northern Beaches; parking in the village and near the beach is available but can be limited at peak times. Active transport: short walking distances within the village, and good coastal walking routes to Manly and neighbouring beaches. Rideshare, taxis and private airport shuttles are commonly used for direct transfers to/from airports.
The entire property is yours to enjoy: all four bedrooms, pool house, pool, media room, office, garage and gourmet kitchen.

We require a signed rental agreement before your stay. Hospitable will put a hold on your credit card as a security bond. This will be released within 48 hours of your departure, assuming there is no damage and all house rules have been followed.
