This is a house full of what you need for a big family gathering or just a few friends chill-out time. It's situated in the center of Maroubra, 6mins walk to shopping mall, 2.6km to beach, good cafe and different varieties of restaurants are just minutes around. Bus stop nearby will bring you directly to city or Uni.

Our beautiful house is situated in a safe and quiet central residential area and has everything you need for a pleasant stay.
Free, unlimited and fast NBN internet/wifi is provided.
We have multiple sleeping options.
Room 1: Queen bed

Room 4: King bed with ensuite
Room 5: Queen bed
If more than 10 guests are staying, one double size sofa bed will be provided for NO extra charge

We provide clean linen, bed sheets, blankets, pillows, towels and other amenities that you will need during your stay.
Our two kitchens are fully equipped with all utensils you will need to cook any dish that you like.
Pots, pans, plates, cups, mugs, wine glasses, cutlery are provided.
Breville Coffee Machine, Smeg kettle, Smeg toaster, microwave, blender, rice maker are provided.
Marshall bluetooth speaker is provided, giving you best sound when you chill out with friends. Two Smart TV, one is 85 inch and the other one 65 inch upstairs.
Different tea, instant coffee, sugar, oil, most popular spices for cooking are provided.
There is an outdoor sitting area with private backyard, spacious garden and a BBQ facility.
Baby cot, baby high chair can be provided if you need.
Please note: Any parties/playing loud music is strictly forbidden. Please show respect to our nice and quiet neighborhood and minimize all sound volume from 10:00pm to 7:00am
Smoking is ONLY Allowed in the OUTDOOR Areas!

You can use everywhere of the whole house by yourselves, not sharing with anyone. There are double garage inside the house, also you can park you van/trailer/boat in front of garage and also you can park two cars on the drive way(just don't block pedestrian lane)

*PETS*: Pets on request only — please contact us before booking, or penalty will apply.
*PARTIES*: Please do not make loud noise, as we have close neighbours and any loud noise or parties will result in immediate eviction, and loss of security deposit.
Check-in: This is a self-check-in property. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent to you one day before your arrival.
LOSS OF KEYS: Once you checked in the keys and access devices are your responsibility. Charge for loss of key/access devices would be $300 per set. If you get locked out of the property, we would charge $100 for attending the house and unlocking the door (or you can call a local locksmith).
DAMAGE Deposit will be utilised to compensate any damage or loss happens in the room caused by the guest.

We will send you a detailed house guide and check-in instructions one day before your check-in date, with all the check-in details provided by 3 pm on your arrival day.

Communication with the host was the only issue. Despite numerous times confirming the contact person's details for access to the house he didn't receive it and the group were left unable to get in as the advice was sent to the wrong person who was not one of the Sydney guests. Also despite assurance that there was a sofa bed in the lower living room there was just a inflatable bed which leaked during the night.
