The Nancy Bondi

The accommodation was well appointed and in a great position for those wanting to be in the Bondi area. We went there sadly for a funeral with family who came from the country, interstate and locally. My only issue was there were lots of stairs internally so it would be difficult for any who have difficulty with stairs...fortunately most stairs had handrails. With a party of 6 and one baby the bedrooms were a good size as were tge three bathrooms.

Parking was a bit of an issue with three car parking proved to be difficult. There is one car garage and parking for one on the driveway. The third car was driven to a relative and an Uber was used so the driver could make his way back to the apartment. Stairs would be very difficult for those with mobility issues

Good number of rooms with underground parking. We were a group of adults, I don’t think it’s suitable for young families as the stairs are like a ski slope!

The property was excellent and the rooms were great including the beds (very comfortable). However the wifi didn’t work and when it did it kept dropping out and the house wasn’t clean when we arrived. It was tidy etc but the showers were all mouldy, had sand on the floor and the bathroom basin in the main room was disgustingly dirty. It clearly had not been cleaned at all. It was very unhygienic. The hosts were great though and offered to assist but there was no point. If the cleaning was a much better standard and the wifi worked, I would definitely recommend it though. Location also not bad. Relatively close to Shuk cafe for coffee etc and also bottle shop. 20 mins walk to Bondi beach.
