About this house rental
Cocoonr agency offers this charming 120 m² semi-detached house in Plouguiel to rent for up to 7 people.
It comprises an attractive 35 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a 400 m² garden. Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- 35 m² living room with sofas, TV, fireplace and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Shower room
- Separate WC
First floor:
- Bedroom 2: one double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 3: three single beds
- Bathroom with bath and WC
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, washing machine, cot, fan, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- An unenclosed private garden with trees and countryside of 400 m².
- A 25 m² north-east-facing terrace to enjoy the fine weather
The house is ideally situated in Plouguiel, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market...
Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house’s private car park (space for 2 vehicles).
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful:
- Nearest train station: Paimpol, approx. 18 km away; Lannion, approx. 22 km away
- Nearest airport: Rennes Bretagne, approx. 165 km away
A car is necessary to fully enjoy the region
Other comments:
- The fireplace is functional and the first flame is free of charge. Subsequent flames can be provided for a supplement of €10/flame.
- Bed linen and towels included.
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
