Perfectly situated along the Sierra Star Golf Course fairway, this peaceful year-round getaway combines a tranquil forest setting with exceptional access to Mammoth's outdoor adventures.
During the winter months, Eagle Lodge and Chair 15 are just a short walk away, while the nearby free shuttle route provides convenient transportation to Eagle Lodge, The Village, downtown Mammoth Lakes, and other local attractions. In the summer, enjoy the serene surroundings, golf course views, and easy access to hiking and biking trails.
After a day of exploring, unwind in the year-round community hot tub, gather around the shared fire pit, or enjoy an outdoor meal in the BBQ and picnic area. With single-level living, elevator access from the underground garage, and no interior stairs, this home offers comfort and accessibility for all guests. The fully equipped kitchen features GE appliances, granite countertops, and everything needed to prepare meals at home.
