The open-concept living area is centered around a cozy gas fireplace and a 48" TV with cable, streaming apps, and DVD player—perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes or trails. The gourmet kitchen is equipped with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances and fully stocked with everything to prepare family meals, while the private deck with BBQ offers a peaceful outdoor space for dining and entertaining. Upstairs, the third-floor primary suite boasts a King bed, TV, private patio, walk-in closet, and a full en-suite bath with dual vanity and tub/shower combo. Two additional guest bedrooms on the second floor include a Queen bedroom and a bunk room with a Twin-over-Full bunk bed and TV, sharing a hallway bathroom with double vanity and walk-in shower. Additional conveniences include stacked in-unit laundry, underground heated parking (7ft clearance), and pet-friendly accommodations. Guests also enjoy access to community amenities including a hot tub, firepit, and outdoor BBQ area with picnic tables. Ideally located near the Green and Yellow shuttle lines and within walking distance to Eagle Lodge via a nearby footpath, The Cabins #12 is the perfect year-round Mammoth escape.
