Welcome to Mammoth Green 213, a beautifully upgraded 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom townhome located right on Sierra Star Golf Course. Just a short walk to Eagle Lodge and surrounded by stunning mountain views, this spacious three-story retreat is perfect for families, friends, and pet lovers.
Enter on the first floor and head upstairs to the open-concept living area. The living room features a large flat-screen TV, cozy gas fireplace, and access to the deck with golf course views. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, complete with modern upgrades and everything you need for a full meal or just a morning coffee. The dining area seats eight and flows seamlessly into the living room, making it an ideal space to gather.
Two bedrooms are also located on this floor: one with a queen bed and golf course views, and the other with two twin beds. Both share a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo.
The top floor is a private master retreat with a king bed, flat-screen TV, sweeping views of Sierra Star Golf Course, and a walk-through closet leading to a spacious ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub and walk-in shower. Just outside the master suite is a small futon—perfect for two children or one adult.
A stackable washer and dryer are conveniently located before heading upstairs to the master suite.
Mammoth Green offers year-round access to a community hot tub and sauna, plus a heated pool in the summer. Parking includes one assigned space in the covered garage and an additional first-come, first-served outdoor spot.

We love this unit. Proximity to Eagle. The rooms and everything the unit is supplied with. We will be back next season.

We had an amazing stay at this property. The location was close to Eagle allowing us to walk to the lifts without having to wake up at the crack of dawn to find parking. Plenty of room for the four of us…and to be honest, it was plenty of space for two families. The unit came with all the amenities we needed for a 5 day stay in Mammoth, full kitchen, games, WiFi, and comforts to come home to after a full day on the slopes. Additionally, the outdoor space around the unit proved to be the perfect grounds for a snowball battle between the parents and kids. We will definitely be back on our next Mammoth trip.

The location of this property is ideal. We loved walking along the bike path, and there were some lovely hikes close to Eagle Lodge walkable from the condo. It was quiet, and the kitchen fairly well appointed. The only downside was the furniture is not very comfortable which was kind of a bummer because after a long day of hiking we like to read or watch tv after dinner.
Also, the blinds in the family room didn’t work very well, which made for very strong sunlight in the living/dining room area. This was only problematic in the morning when my husband tried to work from the unit and had difficulty finding a spot where he could see his computer screen.
All in all, a wonderful place to stay for a few days to enjoy the beauty of Mammoth Lakes in the summer.
