Completely renovated in 2023, this non-smoking apartment is located on the first floor and offers 46 m² of living space. The apartment combines contemporary comfort with well-thought-out amenities and offers plenty of space for a relaxing vacation in beautiful Wangerland. The living area features easy-to-maintain laminate flooring and includes a cozy sofa area and an armchair—both perfect for unwinding. A TV is provided for your entertainment. The integrated dining area with a dining table offers the ideal setting for shared meals. From here, you have direct access to the covered balcony, which is furnished with comfortable patio furniture and a patio umbrella. Privacy screens on all windows ensure your privacy.
The kitchen leaves nothing to be desired and is fully equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator. Small kitchen appliances such as a coffee maker, toaster, blender, and electric kettle make meal preparation a breeze. Of course, plenty of dishes and cutlery are provided. The bedroom, with laminate flooring, offers a peaceful atmosphere. A closet and a full-length mirror are provided. There are a total of three rooms available. The bathroom is comfortably equipped with a walk-in shower, a toilet, a sink, and a hair dryer. Hot water is, of course, available. For added convenience during your stay, there is a shared washing machine (for a fee) and a shared dryer (for a fee). A clothes rack and a vacuum cleaner are provided for your use in the apartment.
