This renovated bungalow offers three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a private yard on a quiet North Hollywood street. The home is single-story, gated, and well suited for small groups, couples, or anyone who wants space to spread out without the noise of a denser neighborhood.
The kitchen anchors the main living area with an induction cooktop, oven, built-in microwave, dishwasher, a full-size refrigerator, and a small island with seating for four. The dining table sits just adjacent, and the living room opens beyond it with a smart TV and patio doors leading to the backyard.
There are two queen bedrooms toward the front of the home and a king primary bedroom at the rear, with its own ensuite bathroom and private doors to the backyard. The shared hallway bathroom includes both a soaking tub and a separate shower. In-unit washer and dryer are in this bathroom as well.
The backyard is where this home distinguishes itself. A hammock, six-person dining table, covered outdoor seating area, and two additional chairs spread across a grassy yard framed by passionfruit vines, lime, and citrus trees. A detached structure at the rear of the property has its own mini-split and is set up with a large couch and desk, functioning as a home office or a quiet retreat separate from the main house.
Guests will have access to the entire home and yard, including the detached bonus space. There will be no one else on the property, other than the weekly gardener every Tuesday, unless otherwise discussed with you in advance.

This home is located in North Hollywood, on a quiet residential block removed from the busier commercial corridors nearby. The NoHo Arts District is a short drive away, with a walkable stretch of theaters, restaurants, and coffee shops. Magnolia Boulevard in Burbank and Ventura Boulevard in Studio City are both easily reachable for everyday dining and errands. The 170 and 101 freeways provide straightforward access across the Valley and into the broader city.
Most people choose to have a car when visiting Southern California. There are an abundant amount of unique and significant attractions within two hours of this home. If you are an explorer, we recommend a car.
If you are the type who wants to arrive and relax during your stay, Uber and Lyft are readily available as well.
By booking with us, you agree to sign our Rental Agreement. You understand that your check-in instructions will be sent after successfully signing our Rental Agreement.
Please note that in the State of California, guests staying over 30 nights are legally required to sign a legal CAR form with the DRE. Our Broker of Record will send you this CAR form for signature once payment is made. Your reservation will be considered ready to go once the form is signed.
There is a 10-day grace period to return any items taken from the home at check-out (keys, garage remotes, etc). Replacement costs will be charged to guests if items are not received within 10 days of check-out.
Please note that this is a non-smoking property. Any violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a minimum $250 fine.
Utility Usage: Utilities are included up to the property`s recent average usage. Any excessive use above that amount may result in additional charges. If applicable, payment for utility overages is due within 14 days of check-out.

- Damages and/or failure to pick up after your pet may result in additional charges at check-out. Pets and animals are not permitted at the property at any time whatsoever unless otherwise agreed upon in writing prior to booking. Failure to comply with this will result in an additional charge of up to $1000 and/or eviction without limiting any other legal or equitable remedies available to Owner and/or Company.
- For any items left behind after check-out, guests will be charged the shipping costs and an additional service fee of $25.
- A minimum of $25 will be charged per lost or unreturned keys, fobs, or access cards. Please ensure they are returned before check-out.
- All 30+ day stays require mid-stay cleanings by our professional housekeeping team. Payment will be requested after booking confirmation.

- Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please be mindful of the noise level during these hours to respect neighbors and others in the area.
- Guests are responsible for any damage to the property or its contents during their stay. Any damages must be reported immediately to the host to ensure proper documentation.
- Please dispose of all trash in the designated bins provided. If the trash bins are full, please notify the host for further instructions.
- Any unregistered guests are not allowed to stay overnight without prior written approval from the host. Additional guests may result in an additional charge.
