This house was a perfect Burbank house for our visit. It allowed our family to spread out into our own bedrooms. It was also so nice to have two bathrooms! We loved the modern decor - it felt fresh and more hotel-like. We also liked the option for playing in the back with the ping pong table. The host was very friendly and available to communicate. It was also nice to have a driveway so we had a set parking space for our rental car. Burbank is such a great place to stay with pretty much everything you need within a five to ten minute drive. For those not used to this area, it is really close to the Burbank Airport - that is a really good thing because we love the ease of getting in and out of that airport - but it also means the planes are loud taking off in the morning!

We were a party of six ( two grandparents and 4 pre-teen children). Everyone of us loved the house. It's 5 minutes from the airport and about 17 minutes from Universal Studio. It's in a nice quiet neighborhood. The bedrooms were perfect for our needs and the kids loved having a ping pong table in the detached garage. The kitchen was well equipped for our needs. Thanks so much!

Property was very nice. Close to all the areas we needed to be at. Airplanes did not bother us. Home was very clean. Only thing is so late for a check in. I didn’t ask if we could be in earlier. Communication with host was top notch. Quick responses. Nice house quiet neighborhood.

The house was very clean, well-stocked with utensils, and the rooms were spacious. The game room was a nice feature, though there was an odor in that space, so we didn’t use it. Fans were provided to help air out the smell, which was considerate. Overall, I would stay at this property again. It’s also conveniently located near many stores, which was a plus.
