Great location Large pool. NEWLY REMODELED, Fun Home.
Nearby restaurants and markets. A short drive to the L.A Zoo, Universal Studios Hollywood, Beverly Hills, Venice Santa Monica, and the famous Hollywood sign & Griffith Park. Walk to park, AC in all rooms, 5 parking spaces, Indoor Jacuzzi, outdoor jacuzzi, outdoor pool, BBQ, huge back yard, outdoor sitting areas, kitchen, and the house is fully furnished, The house has an amazing spacious feel and great energy.

The house is in a very private, safe, and quiet street.
In our opinion, the best way to tour LA is by renting a car or using an uber.
Public transportation is within walking distance.
No parties in any kind, no large gatherings, no smoking, no drugs, no loud music
Per LA short term rules quite a time is at 10pm
4 rooms have a privacy door.
2 of the other rooms are in open space( one of these two rooms have wall curtains for privacy)
Please make sure that you book the right amount of guests
You will be charged for an additional guest.
The extra charge is used to pay extra cleaning and laundry washing.
We provide enough linens and towels per the number of guests that check-in.
We lived in this house for 15 years.
We raised our 4 children. They have had their best childhood memories.
Our home is being brought to you full of LOVING energy.
- No Parties No music of any kind, no large gatherings outdoors, quiet time after 10pm-8am/ cannot invite other guests over other than the ones booked.
-None refundable nights if you broke any of the house rules such as none permitting parties and asked to leave by the owner/host
- City of LA home-sharing rule doesn`t allow more than 8 guests gathering outdoors after 8 pm, no loud music
- No drug-related activities
- The only amount of guests per your booking allowed - no additional guests allowed
- The pool use is solely on the guests` responsibility.
- No pool use for kids without their adult supervision
- smoking is not allowed inside the house
- smoking allowed outdoors ONLY
- No adult film
-late check-out fees will be applied
Pool and Jacuzzi Safety:
Usage of the swimming pool and jacuzzi is at your own risk. Please ensure children are supervised at all times.
If needed, we can install a fence around the pool for added safety. Please contact us for assistance.
Any tampering or interference with any of the external monitoring devices is prohibited. Doing so will result in your reservation ending immediately, and you will be asked to leave. No refunds will be given.

Excellent house for the 4 adults and 3 kids in my family who stayed there for a week. Had everything we needed and was very convenient. Most of all, really appreciated the prompt, attentive, and highly courteous communication from the owners, Liat and Oren. Highly recommended!

We’ve rented multiple homes over the years, and we’re so pleased with this one. Liat and Oren did a fantastic job — everything was thoughtfully prepared and beautifully maintained. We loved all the amenities the house came with, especially the hot tub, which was perfect for relaxing in the evenings. We would definitely recommend this home and would absolutely book it again the next time we’re in the area!
