The estate is entirely privatized:
forest, meadows, former charcoal pits site, paths and outdoor spaces are at your disposal during your stay.

Even in the heart of summer, the two houses naturally retain a pleasant coolness thanks to their stone walls more than 80 cm thick. Imagine going for a walk in the forest to enjoy the freshness with the start of the GR at the foot of the houses.
They are located just a 45-minute walk from La Goulandière and the cliffs of Presles.
The ranc belvedere will offer you a breathtaking view of the Bourne gorges.

The fossil valley of Rimets is 5 minutes from the cottage. An attractive outing for your little ones as well as for adults.

Activities nearby:
Canyoning / climbing / road biking / mountain biking / caving / hiking / trail ...

Possibility to shelter your motorcycle, bicycle, mountain bike, vintage car or other in the barn during the stay.

In summer, you can take advantage of the river to swim and picnic in the village of Choranche or Pont-en-Royans located only 20 minutes drive from the cottage. You can discover one of the best swimming spots in the Vercors.Located in Choranche, this natural swimming pool allows you to swim and cool off in pure water from the Vercors mountains.
The place is not very crowded even in summer.
Easy to access with its parking nearby, this place has wooden tables, children's games and petanque court. An ideal place to spend quality time by the water.

The cottages are fully designed and equipped for large groups with all the necessary equipment to cook.

Each bin is equipped with a plastic bag and there are also two bins for selective sorting.

The showers all have their own bath mats, as well as small hand towels. Shower gel, shampoo and hand soap are also available.

As for the barbecue, there are two grills and all the necessary utensils for grilling. Also available, newspaper and wood at will.

Bed linen and bath towels are provided in the Ecolodge.
Beds are made before your arrival.

In the house of yesteryear, the beds are equipped with mattress pads, duvets and pillows. Bed linen and towels can be rented on request for €300.

Two travel cots are available.

There is no heating in the house of yesteryear but a functional fireplace and extra blankets are at your disposal (wood available).

LATE CHECK-OUT OR EARLY CHECK-IN OPTIONS:PGJyPg
Possibility to bring forward the check-in time to 10 am instead of 5 pm or push the check-out time to 5 pm instead of 5 pm 10 hours for an additional fee ( 250 € / option).
Possible only according to the rentals of the current period. See this directly with the owner.

Pets are obviously allowed for a small fee of €35/pet.

Supermarket 25 minutes away, bring what you need for the stay.

You will find electric charging stations for cars in the village of Villard-de-Lans (about 25 minutes) and one in Saint-Martin which will certainly be the closest (about 20 minutes).

The website is composed of 23 beds, including 17 single beds.
For safety and insurance reasons, you will be asked to respect the maximum number of 23 people on site day and night.

The area is ideal for reunions with family or friends. Convivial evenings are welcome, respecting the calm of the place and the neighborhood. Parties with a sound system are not allowed.

Two small speakers and guitars are available to enjoy music at reasonable volumes.
Respect for the neighborhood must be a priority. Thank you for your understanding.
