You will enjoy a large walled plot of land 🔒, on a terrace offering a superb view of the surrounding green hills 🖼and foothills of the Alps. It is embellished with a large heated swimming pool. Terraces in full sun or shade, large 1830 veranda.

The swimming pool:
Access to the pool is closed by a gate and is secured with a roller shutter.
The barriers along the terraces are safe for children.
The enclosed garden surrounded by wooden crosses for the safety of all (the kitchen overlooks this pleasant space):

The house has great bones and is in a wonderful location in the adorable village of St Felicien. The host was communicative and polite. The main problem is that the interior furnishings haven't been updated - the beds and mattresses are all very old. The kitchen had dishes and utensils, but we had to rewash everything. Many of the surfaces were dusty. It smelled like it had been shuttered for a while. We ended up getting a room at the local hotel after a single night. I hate to post a negative review, and the house has a lot of potential, but we felt it truly wasn't worth paying for in this condition.
