If you have sensitivities or allergies to scented products, please contact us before booking so we can confirm whether accommodations can be made.

Additionally, if you’d like us to remove or substitute scented products, please notify us at least 48 hours before arrival so we can prepare the space accordingly.

Please note that, for your safety and ours, only registered guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property.

Visitors are welcome during permitted visiting hours (8 a.m. to midnight) as long as they are respectful of the property and community. Guests are fully responsible for their visitors’ actions.

Our smart lock system makes arrival simple and secure. You’ll receive your access code on the day of check-in once all prerequisites (ID verification, house rule agreement, etc.) are completed.

If you prefer an in-person check-in, please let us know in advance so we can schedule and confirm the associated staffing fee.

We are located in the Neighborhood of Ludlow in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Living in Ludlow offers residents an urban feel. In Ludlow there are a lot of bars, restaurants, coffee shops, and parks. Many families and retirees live in Ludlow.



Great friendly place for you and you family to have a wonderful environment to live in peace during your stay at Mid-century Philadelphia Getaway. Nice clean area with good people very family friendly area. We have a nice backyard for children to play with trees and fully paved.



Is quiet and centrally located close to everything, like Fishtown or center city.
