Public transit options, including buses and trolleys, are nearby, and rideshares are readily available. With convenient street parking, getting around the city from this central location is simple and hassle-free.

Guest Verification Requirement

To comply with legal regulations and ensure property security, guests may be asked to:

• Provide a government-issued photo ID

• Confirm contact information

• Complete our verification portal

• In certain cases, undergo a criminal background check

• 🪪 Reminder: We require a valid photo ID from all guests staying at the property.

• Building Requirement: For building security and registration purposes, the primary booking guest must be at least 21 years old and must be staying at the property for the full reservation. If the person arranging the stay is under 21, the accompanying guest who is 21+ must be the one to book the reservation, be listed as the primary guest, and stay at the property for the entire reservation.

All guests will be required to sign a rental usage agreement. By completing your reservation, you agree to:

• Follow our rental terms and conditions

• Provide a valid government-issued ID prior to check-in

• Complete a background check if required by the property owner or management

• Understand that check-in instructions may be withheld until verification is complete



Guests must submit all required information within 24 hours of booking. For same-day bookings, verification must be completed within 1 hour. Reservations that fail to meet verification requirements may be canceled.



Pets are allowed based on size. Please notify us in advance and be upfront about bringing a pet to avoid cancellation.
