A Farm Getaway—Your Retreat in Nature. Enjoy a relaxing stay at our idyllic farm, nestled in beautiful natural surroundings. Leave the stress of everyday life behind, far away from worries and the hustle and bustle of the big city. Welcome to the lovingly renovated upper floor of our house at Oberrosenauerwald I 18, Groß Gerungs. Our cozy vacation apartment accommodates up to 8 people and is ideal for families or small groups. The apartment features two double bedrooms and one single bedroom with an extra bed, plus additional sleeping arrangements. The apartment features a well-equipped kitchen with a dining area, a living room, and a bathroom with a shower, bathtub, and washing machine. A separate restroom is also available. A fitness room is available for exercise. We’re happy to provide a travel crib and changing table. A parking space is located right next to the house. In the garden, you’ll find plenty of space to relax, a cozy garden shed with a grill, and a view of a playground and a trampoline for children. Enjoy watching our girls (Highland cattle and sheep) grazing in the pasture. Help yourself to a snack from the orchard or the vegetable garden. I’d be happy to show you how we process our own sheep’s wool into knitting yarn. You’re also welcome to try this yourself while you’re here. We look forward to welcoming you. Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible by arrangement. Please contact us in advance to make arrangements if necessary. Keys will be handed over in person on-site. A travel crib can be provided free of charge upon request. Pets are welcome; the fee is EUR 5 per night for a cat and EUR 10 per night for a dog. The visitor’s tax of EUR 2.60 per person per night will be charged in addition on-site. A 30% deposit is charged upon booking and is due 1 week after booking. The remaining balance must be paid by bank transfer no later than 1 day before arrival.
