The staff were so friendly! We went to the wrong location (we booked for Durnstein but we went to Krems) and they are very helpful to switch for us. And shared with us how to go durnstein etc. Was lucky to meet the staff. The rooms were huge and nice!
None. But I think a suggestion is to put their apartment in Durnstein in Google map as I was unable to locate it. (But generally it is still a 10/10 experience!!)

We got answers to all of our questions prior to arrival' and during the stay' they assist us by phone and messages. parts of the original elements remain in the apartment.
Heating was not fully functioning, specially in the bedroom' and it was not so clear how to operate it. we stayed in December.
