Komfortní apartmán s vybavenou kuchyňskou částí, nechyběl ani kávovar, v koupelně k dispozici pračka. Venkovní teplota v době našeho pobytu přesahovala 30 stupňů, přesto uvnitř bylo příjemně. Sítě v oknech proti hmyzu. Pohodlné parkování přímo u objektu, cyklostezka hned u domu, kousek do centra Třeboně. Vlídná a vstřícná paní majitelka.
Není co vytknout.

Die Umgebung ist sehr laut (direkt an der Straße und dahinter die Bahn)! Das Apartment ist sehr hellhörig; die Nachbarapartments waren sehr laut und störend. Besonders verwirrend war die Aussage der Gastgeberin, dass das Geschirr nicht nach der Abreise der Gäste gereinigt wird, sondern diese Aufgabe den Gästen überlassen wird. DAS IST NICHT AKZEPTABEL, egal ob günstig oder nicht! Und viele Teile waren schmutzig! Leider gab es auch keinen Geschirrspüler.
