About this house rental
Our Anglesea beach house is perfectly set up for families. With a luxe feel, expect high end furnishings & all the extras to make your stay special. You`ll love how comfortable & relaxed this home is, also how close it is to the main shops in Anglesea. Spacious inside & out, enjoy the large deck & fulled fenced grassy backyard. Cosy up around the wood heater, or stay cool with air-con & a free-flowing indoor/outdoor floor plan for summer living. Walking distance to everything. A real gem!

Three large bedrooms with the most comfortable Australian made mattresses and furniture:
Bedroom 1 - King Bed
Bedroom 2 - Queen bed
Bedroom 3 - 2 x king single bunk sets (sleeps 4 adults or kids)
Other features:
- Large deck for entertaining with furniture
- Laundry with washer/dryer
- Open plan living/dining/kitchen
- Outside shower
- BBQ
- Multiple smart TV`s
Guests have access to the entire property. No garage Access, although space for two cars on the driveway and plenty of street parking.
Three steps up to front door, otherwise no stairs in the house and plenty of room to move around.
I will be available via the phone or Airbnb messenger
Please note firewood for the first fire is provided - BYO after that (you can buy from the local service station). There are also heaters in all bedrooms.
Strictly no schoolies, hens/bucks or parties.
No events.
Shoes off on carpeted areas please.
Please respect our neighbours - no loud noise or music any time of the day
Families and mature groups preferred.
