Facility was good and comfortable, yard was good, parking was good. We set up pickleball and had fun on the concreted area.
TVs didn't work, aerial connection poor and phone reception poor. Not great during fire season.

Great house for a group of friends with enough space for everyone and also additional living area which meant you could also have some privacy
