Perched atop Anglesea, our delightful two storey home offers a blend of comfort and spaciousness in a peaceful location.The garden has a lovely bush feel with large gums, cubby and basketball hoop to keep the family entertained! It`s a home to bring friends with ample living areas, smart TVs in living and bedrooms along with a great deck taking in the lovely private garden. Located within walking distance to the shops, cafes, outdoor bowls, tennis courts and skate park! We can`t wait to host you.
Split over two levels, our home is perfect for families or couples with 2x seperate living spaces and 3x bathrooms.
Guests have 4 generous sized bedrooms with the following configuration:

x1 queen with single
x1 sofa bed in the 2nd living - BYO LINEN FOR THE SOFA BED
***Please note that all linen and towels are included ****
Walking tracks close by along Anglesea River leading to the Beach or across to Coogoorah Park, National Park.
Guests have access to the entire home. *No Garage access
I will be available via the phone or Airbnb messenger
Please note we take a Pre-Authorization Bond of $500 24hrs before you check-out, this is held in your bank account and not taken out. Once the property is checked for damage or missing items the bond will be release 7 days after check-out.

Lovely big, modern property. Close to Angelsea centre, beach and mountain bike trails. Well equipped for all our needs. Especially good for 2 families with teenage children, plenty of space to spread out and enjoy a fun packed weekend.

Great location, quiet, clean, comfortable. Everything you need under one roof. Perfect for a few families to meet and relax, close to shops and the water.
TV wifi needs a revamp to be able to watch a movie comfortably, however, that's an easy fix im sure could be made by the home owners.
