In the heart of southern Finistère, near Audierne, Ty Havr welcomes you for a soothing stay between the countryside and the ocean.
Nestled in a green setting, our house is located 600 meters from the beach of Kersiny, an 8-minute walk from a superb shore that is still preserved.
Carefully renovated in 2025, the house retains all the Breton character - exposed granite wall, fireplace, Brittany blue - to accommodate family or group of friends of up to ten people.
Its granite well and trough remind us that a few decades ago, the house was turned towards vegetable production and livestock farming.
Inside, the living spaces are comfortable and bright and the kitchen perfectly equipped. The 1,200m² garden, fully enclosed and wooded, is a real asset of the house. The part near the house is ideal for outdoor dining, games or simply to enjoy the sun. A hundred-year-old weeping willow, mossy stones and the gentle sound of a stream make the lower part of the garden a natural space, conducive to rejuvenation. This natural side continues with a forest path, which leads directly to the beach of Kersiny in a few minutes on foot.
Walks on the hiking trails, swimming in the ocean, introduction to surfing, tennis or petanque, canoeing, paddle boarding, beach volleyball, discovery of sailing, ... The choice is yours. Everything is within walking distance in a few minutes.
Within a radius of 6 km around the house you can discover beautiful villages and small picturesque ports such as Audierne, Pors-Poulhan and Pont Croix. Or stroll at sunset on the prehistoric site of Menez Dregan and the "loop of dolmens" (GR34 hike).
The must-sees of Finistère such as the Bay of the Dead, the Pointe du Raz, Quimper, Douarnenez, Locronan, Pont l'Abbé, Guilvinec are accessible within a maximum radius of 35 km.

On the first floor, you discover the living room, bathed in light thanks to a French window and a bay window opening onto a large terrace, which overlooks the garden. You will find sofas, 360° swivel armchairs, fireplace, books and board games for quiet evenings. A second living space completes this living room thanks to a spiral staircase leading to a bright and charming mezzanine with exposed stones and a small sea view.
From the living room, access the kitchen by three steps and you find yourself around a beautiful family table that can accommodate up to 10 people. This independent kitchen is well equipped with induction hobs, extractor, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, combined microwave oven, multifunction casserole. It contains everything you need to prepare the cuisine that suits you and why not enjoy the magnificent fish and langoustines caught locally.
On the sleeping side, 4 bedrooms and 3 en-suite bathrooms are spread over the 2 levels and bed linen is provided:
