About this house rental
The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming house for rent in Primelin, less than a kilometer from the beach, with a surface area of 182 m² and capacity for up to 12 guests. It comprises a lovely 25 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, four beautiful bedrooms, three bathrooms (with shower and bathtub), and two gardens totaling 600 m². Wi-Fi, sheets, and towels are included. We look forward to welcoming you!
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
Ground floor:
- Two living rooms, each with a TV, dining area, and sleeping area with a double sofa bed
- Two fully equipped kitchens with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, stovetop, and more
- A veranda with a dining area, leading to the garden
First floor:
- Bedroom 1: a king-size bed (180x200) and a bathroom with bathtub
- Bedroom 2: two single beds that can be pushed together to form a king-size bed (180x200) and an en-suite bathroom
- Bedroom 3: a double bed (180x190) and a cot
- Bedroom 4: one single bed and one bunk bed
- Two separate toilets
- One bathroom with walk-in shower
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, plancha grill, fan, iron and ironing board.
Outside:
- Two beautiful gardens measuring 100m² and 500m², facing southeast and northwest, with furniture to enjoy sunny days
- A terrace in the second garden
The house is ideally located in Primelin, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more.

- Enjoy water sports in the Baie des Trépassés, a renowned spot for surfing and bodyboarding.
- Go hiking on the coastal paths leading to the spectacular Pointe du Raz.
