This is my 3rd time with Lea and Jean Yves. One couldnot find nicer people. The house is beautiful. The grounds are private and beautiful too. And if you like apples, come in September. There are thousands. If you stay there, search out the shrine of St Weditt.( excuse my spelling] .

Outstanding !! We stayed at the house for one week end ofJune. We are two befriended families, altogether 8 people. The house is perfect for a big group, well kept, tasteful decorated and very clean. The garden is just beautiful and the view of the bay of Audierne is wonderful. The hosts Léa and Jean-Yves are very friendly and welcoming.

First, the house is of the highest standard, both in terms of its build quality and furnishing and the location. Second, the owners are simply wonderful people who cannot do enough to make sure that you have a wonderful holiday but also respect your privacy. Highly recommended.

Beautiful location overlooking the bay of Audierne with its pristine beaches. The house has everything that you could want and more! It really was so homely it made us relax even more and you really never need to leave the house except to get food! The owner was lovely and very helpful. Thank you for a lovely stay.

This is a wonderful house - well equipped, comfortable rooms and beds and all our family (7 adults and a 2 year old) fitted in easily. Beautiful view over the bay of Audierne and the beach just a 5 minute walk away. Large interesting garden and large patio area for outside eating. The photos on the website are very accurate but it is even better when you arrive.The welcome from the owners was so friendly ( brought us local crepes) - they obviously wanted us to have a wonderful, unforgettable holiday - which we did! Thorougly recommend this house - and we want to return.

Wonderful house in a beautiful location

Had a fabulous 2 weeks stay at this property. Would recommend it to anyone. Had 11 of us staying in the house with no problems at all. Beautiful landscaped gardens. Within walking distance to the beach, where we regularly took our kayaks. We enjoyed - Locronan, Quimper, Pont Croix, local beaches, Menez Dregan, Penmarc'h lighthouse and much more. The owners are lovely, using every effort to make our stay a good one.

Great house for the whole family

We had a lovely holiday stay in this house. It has everything a family needs, we have a 1 1/2 yr old and we were provided with all the baby things needed. Comfortable, with good size beds, tastefully decorated, beautiful sea views, great safe garden for the kids to run around in. The only single missing item was access to the Internet, but otherwise, perfect. The area has great soft sand beaches and short drives to surrounding attractions and shopping. The owners were very kind and helpful. We loved it and would highly recommend it.

We really enjoyed our stay in this house. We have a 1 1/2 yr old and we were provided with all the baby things needed. Comfortable, with good size beds, tastefully decorated, with fantastic sea views and everything a family would need. The only thing missing was access to Internet, but otherwise perfect. Great, safe, private garden for the kids to run around in with swings and fruit trees. The area is peaceful, has lovely soft sand beaches and short drives to attractions and shopping. The owners were kind and helpful. We loved it and would recommended to everyone.

We loved our stay in the house. All the previous comments were appropriate. The house was immaculately clean, charmingly decorated , with everything necessary for a comfortable vacation. Lea and Jean-Ives were helpful and Gracious without being intrusive. The views and gardens were spectacular. What may not be so apparent to Americans is the variety of attractions in the area itself. We have been to Brittany several times before, but we had forgotten how beautiful the countryside is. Stone houses, cliffs,prehistoric sites, elaborate chateaus, flowers everywhere. Add that to the ever present and changeable sea. We loved the Baie of Trepasse and the Pointe de Vann, Locronan, the museum in Quimper, Menez Hom, so many things to do that in 3 weeks we couldn't fit them all in.Did I mention the food? Fresh fish. Good markets. Cidre. We love France from Paris to Provence: but Brittany is our favorite. We reccommend this house heartily. Jonee and Bob Missouri USA

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au sein de cette magnifique maison toute équipée et où la propreté du logement et tous les équipements sont présents. Literie ultra confortable…et La vue sur mer est tout simplement splendide, les propriétaires sont très accueillants et très prévenants. Endroit idéal pour une déconnexion totale, quartier très très calme! je recommande cette location à toutes les personnes qui souhaitent séjourner en Bretagne. Région magnifique et où tous les petits commerçants sont très accueillants… et à proximité ! Encore un grand merci aux propriétaires !!

Ein wunderschönes, großzügig freistehendes Haus auf höchstem Standard mit riesigem Garten, es fehlt an gar nichts. Sehr gute Betten, auch für größere Gäste. Von der Terrasse hat man Blick aufs Meer, welches 5 Min zu Fuss entfernt ist. Man kann direkt vom Haus aus an der Küste entlang des GR34 wandern. Die Begrüßung durch die Vermieter war sehr freundlich und herzlich. Das einzig störende war der extrem langsame Internetzugang, aber der Mobilfunkempfang im Haus ist sehr gut.

Prestations dés plus correctes. En effet des propriétaires très agréables et une maison toute équipée et très propre. Attention l'annonce comporte une erreur sur le nombre de salle de bains. Le propriétaire a faire la remarque chez Abritel mais ces derniers n'ont toujours pas corrigé. Très bien exposée et très spacieuse. Nous reviendrons

Lea und Jean Yves haben mit diesem hellen Haus mit Meerblick , das sie liebevoll dekoriert und großzügig ausgestattet haben, ein wunderbar ruhiges Refugium geschaffen. Auch unser Hund wurde aufs freundlichste willkommen geheißen. Im Garten und auf der Terrasse lässt es sich wunderbar entspannen und die kleine Hafenstadt Audierne ist nur einen Katzensprung entfernt . Wir kommen wieder !

Maison tres bien situee sur les hauteurs de la baie avec jolie vue sur mer. Jardin magnifique avec fruitiers et plantes vertes et fleuries. Les proprietaires sont vraiment charmants et nous es yuexont accueillis chaleureusement (crepes et bouteille de cidre au frais a notre arrivee). La maison est tres bien equipee, tres propre, bonne literie, bref, irreprochable a tout point de vue. Une semaine magnifique avec un temps ideal pour une mi-septembre.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette très belle maison. Elle correspond exactement à la description faite. Les espaces de vie sont superbes et on ne se laisse pas de regarder les variations de couleur de la mer, accessible à pieds même avec des enfants en bas âge. Les couchages sont de très bonne qualité. Les équipements largement suffisants. La gentillesse du propriétaire en plus et vous avez tout ce qu il faut pour profiter de cette superbe région sauvage en vous ressourçant au calme le soir auprès du feu! Je recommande donc cette location avec beaucoup d enthousiasme.

C'est un excellent séjour que nous avons passé tout près d'Audierne cette troisième semaine d'août. Nous avons apprécié le confort d'une vaste maison parfaitement propre et équipée, la tranquillité et l'agrément d'un magnifique espace fleuri et arboré. Nous étions trois couples avec trois enfants et nous avons cohabité dans une parfaite indépendance dans cette agréable maison. En prime, vue sur la mer pour la sérénité des adultes, la plage toute proche pour le bonheur des enfants et le bien-être des parents, la prévenance des propriétaires, tout était réuni pour des vacances agréables et reposantes dont nous gardons un beau souvenir. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen. Das Haus ist großartig, bietet genug Platz für zwei Familien mit drei Hunden. Lage und Ausblick sind traumhaft, die Vermieter herzlich und zuvorkommend. Die Gegend ist landschaftlich toll, von Massentourismus keine Spur. Tipps Die 5 Minuten entfernte Segelschule bietet allerlei Wassersportgeräte zur Miete und Kurse (in französischer Sprache). Fahrräder mitbringen! Wir kommen sicher nochmal wieder....

Nous avions une belle villa avec de la place pour tout le monde "on etait 10" nous conseillerons cet endroit à nos proches famille amis si besoin avec une superbe vue sur la baie dAudierne et de beaux levés de soleil que nous n'oublirons pas

Maison agréable avec des pièces spacieuses (sauf cuisine). La literie est très bonne, la vue sur la mer est agréable tout comme le terrain qui est très bien entretenu. Le poêle à bois est un plus pour les soirées fraîches mais il faut compter tout de même 45€ le 1/2 stère. La cuisine est très bien équipée mais trop encombrée à mon goût par tous les ustensiles ménagers. Il faudrait également épurer un peu la décoration ( beaucoup de bibelots) dans le salon et la salle à manger mais cela n’est qu’une question de goût.

Wir waren zu viert mit Hund im Haus und wurden sehr herzlich begrüßt, auch der Hund! Die sehr freundlichen Gastgeber haben uns viele Tipps gegeben. Das komplett eingerichtete Haus, das keine Wünsche offen ließ, liegt auf einem Hügel mit Blick auf die Bucht von Audierne und die allerschönsten Sonnenaufgänge, die wir je erlebt haben! Der große Garten mit den unterschiedlichsten Bäumen und wundervollen Blumen hat uns begeistert. Von Esquibien aus kann man schöne Ausflüge machen, z. B. nach Locronan, Pointe du Raz, Quimper, um nur einige zu nennen. Wir waren Ende September/Anfang Oktober dort. Ende September waren die Touristenattraktionen nicht mehr überlaufen, Genuss pur! Im Oktober sind schon einige Geschäfte und Restaurants geschlossen. Da merkt man das Saisonende.Aber Strandspaziergänge und kleine Wanderungen sind auch im Oktober wunderschön!
