This property consists of two independent spaces located in Sainte-Maxime, just 100 m from the beach: the garden level of Villa Strelitzia and a separate guest house. The rental includes only these two spaces; the rest of the villa is not part of the offer.
The owners live on the upper floor of the villa, above the rented accommodation.
Total capacity: up to 12 guests — 8 in the garden level (4 bedrooms, living room, bathroom, shower room) and 4 in the guest house (1 bedroom, living room, shower room).
Enjoy a private pool, pétanque court, Balinese patio, and a garden shared between both spaces. Amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning in the guest house and all bedrooms (the garden-level living room is not air-conditioned but opens to the outdoors with large folding doors, creating a pool house atmosphere), TVs, two washing machines, three hairdryers, and barbecues.
Parking is available in front of the house with an electric charging station. Events are not permitted on the property.
