Approved early arrivals and late departures are subject to a fee of $20 per hour.
Unauthorized late check-outs are charged at $100 per hour.

After booking, guests must select one of the following options through our Guest App:

$450 refundable security deposit

$29/night non-refundable Damage Protection Program (maximum $150 per stay)
The Damage Protection Program provides accidental damage coverage up to $450.
Coverage does not include:
- smoke remediation cleaning
• Lost key fobs
• Parking passes
• Garage remotes
• Parking tags
Replacement cost for lost access devices is $200 per item.
🐾 Pet Policy
Pets are not permitted in this apartment.
Although the building includes pet-friendly amenities, this specific unit does not allow pets.
🧺 Pest Control Notice
Monthly pest control treatments are required by the building and typically occur on a Thursday.
Guests must allow access to the apartment if treatment is scheduled during their stay.
🔇 Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are strictly enforced between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM daily.
Violations may result in cancellation of the reservation and removal from the property without refund.
🚫 No Parties or Events
Parties, gatherings, and events are strictly prohibited.
The property is monitored with exterior security cameras and noise monitoring devices.
Violations may result in:
• Immediate removal without refund
• Police involvement if necessary
• $500 party violation fee
• $100 fee per unauthorized guest
🚭 No Smoking
Smoking is prohibited anywhere on the property, including balconies and common areas.
Evidence of smoking will result in a $500 fee.

Occasionally, building maintenance personnel may require access to the apartment for essential repairs or building-related services.
Failure to provide access when required may result in a $100 rescheduling fee.

Community amenities including pools, gyms, elevators, common areas, and other shared facilities are owned, operated, and maintained by building management.
Availability may change without notice due to maintenance, repairs, closures, or operational decisions made by management.
While we are happy to report issues on your behalf, we do not control amenity availability and cannot guarantee uninterrupted access throughout your stay.
