If you cancel anytime after the 15 day window, you will lose your reservation and funds will no longer be refundable. Our home is prepped based upon the number of guests. Only registered guests are allowed.
Pets are allowed subject to approval by the host and a pet fee (assistance/support animals must be disclosed at time of booking as we require certificates to waive fees). Gatherings, parties, events and smoking is not allowed. Violators are subject to penalties.
We are very available during our guests' stay. While we are not on site, we can be reached via text at any time. Respecting our guests' privacy and wishes is our top priority. We welcome the opportunity to assist our guests by making restaurant/shopping recommendations, sharing favorite things to do in the area, and helping with transportation, etc.
