Cozy 1 bedroom 1 bathroom unit on the 2nd floor of a 4-unit building. The property features quick access to the Gulf of Mexico and various local entertainments within less than 10 minutes walking distance.

Mad Beach Sunnyside condo features two deck chairs with side table. The unit has 1 bedroom with queen bed, armoire, bedside tables and a metal stand with hangers. The kitchen features a refrigerator, range, microwave, cookware, eating utensils, dishes, glassware, a table for 3 and breakfast bar with 2 barstools. The living room has a Queen Sleeper/sofa, big comfy chair, coffee table and mounted smart tv with all the popular streaming apps or cable box.

Mad Beach Sunnyside also provides a variety of items for use while during your stay. We provide a coffee bar with snacks, hand soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, tissues, toilet paper, dish soap, paper towels, scrub pads. There are bath towels along with wash clothes, linens also provided. We also provide accessories for beach fun to include beach towels, chairs, umbrella, ice chest, and beach bag.

We have limited parking on the property, only one car per condo is permitted to park on the property. We recommend using transit options such as Beach Trolley (access to all Gulf beaches), Taxi, Uber, or Lyft. Access to the beach directly across Gulf Blvd. (within 1 block).
