Nice clean condo. Great location. Across the street from the beach. Within walking distance of John’s Pass. Many restaurants close by.

Property needs updating for price paid. Noisy, toilet running, shower dripping, shower door almost fell off. Outdated bedroom furniture, mattresses ok, noisy shutter outside window.
Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pans.
Good location. Disappointed.
