This was a very clean rental which is really important to me. The view of the gulf was really beautiful even looking from across the street. The AC worked well and furniture was comfortable. The access area to the beach is a nice one. Not very busy and literally just across the street. The location is great with access to Seminole and Pinellas Park areas and a short walk or drive to John's Pass. The downsides were mostly due to recovery from Hurricane damage. A repair guy's trailer was in the parking spot so I had to park in the alley behind the building. A minor inconvenience. Also the bathroom was a little cramped. To be fair I am 6'4" but the shower was a bit snug for me. Overall, I would probably

My best friend and i stayed here for a few days. The unit was clean and very nice. The only issue we had was the pull couch didnt have a sheet and there is no room between the wall and the toilet. Im only 5'3" and had to sit a little sideways. Otherwise a nice little place.
