Madeira Norte #413 - With so many finishing touches, it's no wonder that past guests describe Madeira Norte #413 as awesome, gorgeous, and amazing. With wonderful beach views, and close to everything, this 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit can be your family favorite as well. Free Wifi. Please note that lost fobs will incur a replacement fee of $250, or the withholding of the equal security deposit, depending on the method of booking.
You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.
Enjoy a spacious kitchen, with granite countertops, newer appliances, built in cabinetry and fully stocked with utensils, including microwave and coffee maker. The living area provides comfortable seating, including sofa bed, television, DVD, and CD player. The outdoor balcony is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or unwinding after a long day while enjoying the views of the turquoise water and white sandy beaches.
The bright master bedroom has plenty of room with one king sized bed, and ample closet and dresser drawer space. The second guest room has two twin beds that can be converted to a king, making this a perfect spot for families or a couples' getaway. Linens, extra towels and pillows are stocked for your visit and washer and dryer are here for your convenience.
Please note the Rules and Regulations for Madeira Norte Condominiums prohibit motorcycles on the property. The Board of Directors has authorized the removal of motorcycles via a local towing company.
There is one assigned parking spot for this condo.
As a SunHost guest, you will have access to office services, including copy and printing boarding passes. Seven day a week maintenance service is available as well as an after hours emergency on call person. This is a non smoking home.

Great view. Second time renting. Clean, etc. Only complaint is couch and washer dryer could use an upgrade. Otherwise it is great place to stay.

Cant beat the view with this building. Nothing next door so the beachview is breathtaking. Inside needs attention. Tape on screen balcony door. Balcony door is extremely hard to open in living room. Window in spare window was unlocked when we got there. Not very comforting. Everything was clean except floors. Walking across them gave you black feet. Spoke to GIGI in the office. She told a supervisor and said it would all be taken care off. We didnt want anyone in the unit when we werent there so hopefully no one else will deal with any of this.

Our experience was really good. Our only complaint is the main sliding door in the living room was extremely hard to open and close. Clean room and very thankful for no unwelcome bugs of any kind. Thank you.

This condo has beautiful beach views and an excellent location. The unit itself needs an update with paint, furniture and linens. A beach front condo like this should have beach chairs for renters to use.
