About this house rental

This impressive privately owned vacation villa features six bedrooms and three bathrooms, offering generous accommodation in a desirable residential community just off Highway 27.
Designed with larger groups in mind, the home provides ample living space for extended families or multiple families traveling together. Guests will find an expansive open-concept family area, a formal lounge, a separate dining room, a fully equipped kitchen with an adjoining breakfast area, a laundry room, and a dedicated games room.

The villa is fully air-conditioned throughout and comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests, with space for up to 14 when using the sofa bed located in the formal lounge.
The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for meal preparation, including an oven, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, large refrigerator/freezer with ice dispenser, coffee machine, blender, toaster, and a full selection of cookware, crockery, and utensils.
Adjacent to the kitchen is a bright breakfast nook with direct access to the pool area. The family room also opens onto the outdoor space.
The laundry room includes a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, and ironing board for guest convenience.
For indoor entertainment, the games room is fitted with a pool table, air hockey table, table tennis setup, and dartboard.
The rental rate includes air conditioning, heating, bed linens, bath towels, and access to all villa amenities.

The double bedroom is furnished with a 32-inch flat-screen television, while the remaining twin bedroom has a 30-inch flat-screen TV. Both rooms also offer generous closet space.
All televisions throughout the property are flat-screen models.
Outside, guests can enjoy a large screened patio designed for privacy and relaxation. The outdoor area includes a 30-foot by 15-foot solar-heated swimming pool as well as a private spa capable of seating up to eight people.
