This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500 and in some cases can be up to $1,000.
Trailers, RVs, boats, business company logos vehicles are NOT permitted. If any of these are located on premises there will be an imposed $100.00 / daily fee and up to possible eviction with no refund.
As per Florida law, guests are required to complete registration documents prior to arrival, as you would for any standard lodging situation. Please note - as is standard in the vacation home rental industry, additional fees apply to pool heating and this must be paid prior to the pool or spa heat being turned on.
In lieu of security deposits and booking fees, we apply a Limited Property Protection Plan to every reservation for your peace of mind. The fee of $100 covers up to $750 in limited accidental damages. Exceptions include but are not limited to acts of God, intentional acts, negligent conduct, and pet damage. Inquire for more information.

This is a beautiful home in a very quiet neighborhood. The home has been well maintained. The property was not as thoroughly cleaned or well stocked as I would have liked. We found items under beds and door tracks and furniture had not been cleaned out. We also found bugs and bug carcasses inside the kitchen and one bedroom. Linens were provided, but some would not stay on beds, and the plastic mattress covers made noise all night. For all of our party, there were plenty of towels but only one wash cloth provided. While it seems there were a lot of negatives, we felt very safe in the home, and overall it was a good experience.
