We had a great time at the house! It fit our big group perfectly. It was very close to groceries and restaurants. It was very easy to get to Disney. The only drawback was the security at the gate. We always had to announce ourselves and have the security people open the gate. It would have been nice to do that the first time and then just slide your id in …we got stuck a couple of times.

This is the second time we have stayed at this home. It is perfect for families. The home has space for everyone and is well kept up and clean. There are so many extra items in the house for a comfortable stay. We loved the heated pool and game room!

The pool was wonderful. When we weren’t out doing things in Orlando we were in the pool. The kids did not want to get out of the pool. The game room was fun and the kids really enjoyed playing in there.The decor was somewhat dated but it was comfortable. There were plenty towels and linens. The kitchen had plenty of dishes and pots and pans. There were grocery stores area that were convenient.A few things we noticed… There was a think layer of dust on the air conditioning vents and some of the baseboards. We also noticed that the floors in the kitchen and living room had not been swept. We did sweep them. The bathtub in the bathroom my husband and I used did not drain properly and made it difficult to clean, but we tried. In the end we enjoyed our stay and I would recommend this to friends looking for a place to stay.

Very dirty. Dishes were dirty, roaches was running around, shower was dirty with hair on walls and drain as well as the shower head and knobs were very dirty. Was charged a cleaning fee and still was told that I needed to wash the bedsheets with my own detergent that i had to purchase before i could check out. Garbage cans was full from previous renters.
