The Silverton House | A Modern Family Retreat

Completed in 2026, our single-story home is located in walking distance of charming downtown Silverton, in the heart of the Willamette Valley, The Silverton House offers guests a comfortable, clean, modern, family-friendly place to stay.



We have thoughtfully furnished our home with you and your comfort in mind. 



All bedrooms feature upgraded mattresses, including an adjustable king in the primary bedroom. We have also provided high-quality pillows, bedding, and towels. The primary bedroom also includes a spacious desk, access to our wireless printer, and a smart TV. Room-darkening blackout shades have been installed in all bedrooms-go to bed early and sleep in as long as you like!

Our kitchen is thoroughly stocked with everything you need to host a family dinner, bake cookies with your grandchildren, enjoy cocktails with friends, and everything in between. In addition to brand-new, stainless steel appliances, we have provided place settings for 8+ people, wine and cocktail glasses, a coffee maker (filters included), a crockpot, a Kitchenaid mixer, and more. Additionally, our guests have access to a large fridge and freezer in the garage. 

The living room features a gas fireplace that adds to the cozy feel of the space, alongside fully reclining, genuine leather couches and a 65" smart TV. The coffee table is filled with cards, games and coloring supplies.

For our littlest guests, we have provided a high chair, a pack-n-play with fitted sheets, and a Hatch white noise machine.

Our laundry room is equipped with a brand-new, full-sized washer and dryer and a space for hanging clothes; laundry soap and stain remover are provided.

The fully-fenced outdoor space features ample seating, a gas grill (propane included), and cornhole for guests to enjoy on our spacious lawn. The sunset views over the farmland from the patio are stunning, perfect for enjoying with a glass of Willamette Valley Pinot Noir. 

We are located just minutes from Silver Falls State Park and include a State Parks Pass for your use. We are also just a short drive from The Oregon Gardens Resort and Willamette Valley wine tasting.

Come stroll the shops of our sweet downtown, feel the spray of a roaring waterfall (or ten!), and relax, recharge, and enjoy all the comforts of home on your next vacation.

We love long-term stays! If you would like to book a long-term stay with us and don't see your dates available on our calendar, please contact us with your desired dates and group size and we will do our best to accommodate. 

To help ensure a safe, secure, and enjoyable stay for everyone, please note the following requirements before booking with us:

The guest making the reservation must be at least 25 years old.

After booking, the primary guest will be asked to provide a photo of a valid government-issued ID. The name on the ID must match the name on the reservation.

A separate standard rental agreement must be completed and signed after booking.

A Management Fee of $12.72 per night will be added to your reservation. This fee provides damage protection coverage for your stay and helps protect both our guests and our property.

Reservations that do not meet these requirements may be canceled.
