About this apartment rental
Love of the Sea – An Exclusive Vacation Experience Combining Style and the Sound of the Sea
Welcome to the stylish “Villa Meeresrauschen” —an apartment building completely renovated in 2021 in the elegant style of seaside resort architecture. Just a few steps from the beach promenade, you’ll spend your vacation here listening to the sound of the North Sea and with the famous Milchbar and Surfcafé right around the corner.
The exclusive “Meerliebe” apartment is located on the first floor and, with approximately 3.50-meter-high ceilings, two bedrooms, two en-suite bathrooms, and a large rooftop terrace, the ideal retreat for up to 4 people.
The light-filled living room features a cozy sofa area, two armchairs, a flat-screen TV, and a spacious dining area—perfect for social evenings. The high-quality kitchen is fully equipped: a glass-ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge-freezer leave nothing to be desired.
Both bedrooms are equipped with comfortable box-spring beds (1.80 m), a TV, and plenty of storage space—and each offers direct access to its own modern bathroom.
A real highlight: The large rooftop terrace with a side view of the ocean—sun from morning until early evening included.
The apartment also features Wi-Fi, underfloor heating, and access to a bike storage room, as well as a washer and dryer in the basement (for a fee).
And best of all: Dogs are welcome—so the whole family can relax!
Bottom line: “Meerliebe” means modern comfort, an airy, spacious feel, a prime location, and a maritime vibe—ideal for those who appreciate the finer things in life, couples, or families with dogs.
