Welcome to our newly renovated vacation rental “Kap 21” on Norderney, which was modernized in the spring of 2023 and offers a bright, inviting atmosphere. This stylish apartment is ideal for families or couples and features a chic living/dining room with a cozy kitchenette.
The two bedrooms are well-equipped—one with a comfortable double bed and the other with two single beds, both with TVs, so you can relax after an eventful day. The modern shower room is bright and inviting, ensuring your comfort.
A special highlight of the vacation rental is the spacious sun terrace, which is equipped with its own beach chair. Here you can enjoy the sun and spend relaxing hours outdoors.
The amenities also include a washer and dryer for your personal use, so you can make your stay as comfortable as possible. Towels and bed linens are, of course, provided for you. Dogs are welcome in our vacation rental as long as they stay off the beds and sofa. A portable air conditioner is also available for warm summer days.
The location is another major advantage: The apartment is located across from the popular Fischgeniesserei and very close to Nordstrand Beach, with its Surfcafé and Riffkieker. The pedestrian zone and the Kurplatz are within easy walking distance, and the nearest island bus stop is just 75 meters away.
