THE LOCATION...
DREAMSICLE BY DUVAL is nestled in Old Town, just north of Truman Avenue, in one of those neighborhoods that makes you want to ride your bike with no particular destination in mind. Duval Street is literally a few steps away, as are the Ernest Hemingway House, the Key West Lighthouse, the Butterfly and Nature Conservatory, and the famous Southernmost Point. Shops, restaurants, and galleries are all within easy walking distance — though once you find your groove on the front porch, you may not want to leave. There is designated off-street parking for one mid-size car, right out front.
THE LIVING AREA & KITCHEN...
Step through that orange door and into a home that feels like a long exhale. The open-concept living and dining area is bright and easy, with plenty of seating for the whole crew and a view straight out to the pool — because even when you're inside, the sunshine is always in sight. French doors swing open to let in the breeze and blur the line between indoors and out, the way a summer day always should.
The sunny kitchen is cheerful and fully equipped, with stainless steel appliances, white cabinets, and direct outdoor access so you can flip between making lemonade and floating in the pool without missing a beat. When you need a break from the sun, the furnished covered cabana with ceiling fan is the perfect place to retreat — cool, shady, and just right for an afternoon nap or a lazy afternoon read. The pool can be heated seasonally from November through April if need be.

** Bedroom 4 - Two twins (that can be converted into a king), flat-screen TV, access to the Jack & Jill bathroom.
