About this house rental
Located in the coveted Historic District of Old Town! Situated on a quiet residential street, close to the Atlantic Ocean, beach front restaurants, the Southernmost Point of the United States, the South end of Duval Street, and the White Street gallery and shopping area.
THE MAIN HOME…
As you enter the main home you will be captivated by the huge high-end chef’s kitchen, natural light, and hardwood floors. A white, quartz waterfall island has seating for four and a built-in microwave. Custom cabinets, recessed lighting, and stainless-steel countertops complement this unique home. Stainless steel KitchenAid appliances and a large refrigerator are sure to impress the Chef in your group.
The adjacent open-concept living room/dining room and convenient powder room are accented with Dade County pine and designer décor. A large L-shaped sleeper sofa, chair, and two swivel chairs provide views of the large-screen TV as well as the pool. The dining area seats 6 comfortably at the trestle table with nail head trim seating.
A lighted staircase at the entry leads to the primary bedroom, a luxurious retreat, and an immense spa-styled bath, complete with private access to the front porch as well as a large oversized 2nd floor back deck accessed through double French doors and a bank of windows! It is adorned with a woven rattan bed, nightstands, lamps, a dresser, and large screen TV. Two large closets are also provided for your extended stay. The oversized ensuite bath includes a double walk-in shower, multiple shower heads, a soaking tub, a water closet, and dual sinks with lighted coral mirrors. The stackable washer and dryer is conveniently located on the 2nd floor of the home.
The 3rd floor has two additional ensuite bedrooms flanking the hall. The first guest bedroom includes a queen bed, nightstands with lamps (each with built in USB charging), built-in open shelving, dresser, closet, and desk, as well as an ensuite bath. The second guest bedroom has a canopy bed, side tables with lamps, a closet, as well as its own cozy, modern ensuite bath.
THE BACKYARD & POOL…
Stepping outside through the double French doors, you’ll be transported to your very own private oasis. The backyard is surrounded by privacy fencing and features lush tropical landscaping. You’ll have plenty of room for everyone to lay out and relax or enjoy an outdoor meal. Taking a dip in the heated saltwater pool and spa is the perfect way to relax after a day of exploring the island. Treat everyone to a poolside BBQ using the propane grill and outdoor dining table. There’s even a convenient outdoor shower located by the pool area.
THE GUEST COTTAGE…
Steps away from the pool is the guest cottage which is like no other! The 1st floor includes an open-concept family room, a wet bar, and a wall of windows overlooking the pool. Ample seating, large screen TV, washer/dryer, and powder room provide all the comforts of home. Sleek stainless steel appliances include a microwave, refrigerator/freezer drawers, sink, ice maker, and wine cooler to ensure refreshments are close by to the pool and guests. The house was very clean & comfortable and the location is great. The beds were comfortable which is a big deal for me… I slept great every night! The property manager made sure all was as expected upon check-in. If we had any questions or needed anything, he was quick to answer our texts. We would definitely stay here again and recommend the property to anyone.

We had a wonderful stay on Margaret St in this comfortable and spacious home. The kitchen was the best outfitted kitchen of any place I have ever rented, and having the extra refrigerators and ice machine of the pool house was wonderful. It was a chilly January for Key West, and the heated salt water pool and hot tub were used every day. All of this plus location make this one of our favorite Key West rentals!

My first time using Vrbo and I was a bit apprehensive. The property manager, Chris, contacted me the day before my stay with the information that I needed for checkin. My flight arrived early and Chris was able to let me have an earlier checkin. The property was immaculate and just as pictured. It was perfect for our stay being close enough to walk to just about anywhere we wanted. The hot tub and pool were a welcome respite in the later afternoons and evenings.
