Cocoonr agency offers this fully air-conditioned 140 m² house with swimming pool in Saint-Gilles to rent for up to 8 people.
It comprises a 45 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, four bedrooms and a shower room. Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

Ground floor:
- A 45 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area
- An open-plan kitchen with appliances including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Separate WC
First floor:
- Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: with a double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 3: with a double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 4: with a double bed (140×190)
- Bathroom with shower and WC
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, washing machine, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- An 8x4 m swimming pool, private and unheated. It can be used from April to the end of October and is equipped with a safety cover.
- A 1400 m² south-facing garden
- A 30 m² south-west-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
- A 5 m² balcony facing east
The house is ideally located in Saint-Gilles, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
