Welcome to Treehaven House & Cottage, a beautifully renovated Queenslander nestled amongst lush gardens in peaceful Maleny. Combining the charm of the main house with a private self-contained cottage, this inviting hinterland retreat is perfect for families, friends, or small groups. Enjoy cosy evenings by the fireplace, relaxed outdoor moments around the firepit, and a true sense of calm, all just minutes from Maleny village. Also available as a House-only stay for smaller groups.
The Space:
The property comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests across the main house and separate cottage:
Cottage
Located separately from the main house, the cottage offers a private and comfortable space ideal for couples, extended family members, or guests seeking a little extra privacy. The bedroom features a queen-sized bed, air-conditioning, and a convenient kitchenette equipped with a microwave, bar fridge, kettle, and coffee-making facilities. The bathroom is located separately from the bedroom and includes a shower, vanity, and toilet. Outside, guests can enjoy a private patio deck with a table and two chairs, the perfect spot for a morning coffee or relaxing amongst the peaceful garden surrounds.
Main House
Bedroom 1 (Master): A serene retreat featuring a king bed, ducted air-conditioning, wardrobe cupboard, beautiful natural light, and a dedicated desk space nestled underneath a stained glass bay window, perfect for those needing to work or enjoy a quiet moment.
Bedroom 2: A calm and inviting room with a comfortable queen bed, ducted air-conditioning and wardrobe cupboard.
Bedroom 3: A flexible space with a queen bed, sofa and air-conditioning unit, ideal for additional guests or families, complete with books, games, and toys for a relaxed stay.
Bathroom: The bathroom includes a shower and vanity, with a separate toilet for added convenience.

• Treehaven House & Cottage (this listing) – exclusive access to both the Main House and Cottage, accommodating up to 8 guests.
• Treehaven House – exclusive access to the Main House only, ideal for smaller groups.

Guest Access:
Guests have full access to both the main house and the separate cottage, along with the leafy surrounds and established gardens. The property includes a spacious 3-car carport, with additional space available on the driveway if needed.

Treehaven House & Cottage is set in a quiet residential pocket of Maleny with no public transport nearby, so having a car is highly recommended. This allows you to easily explore the hinterland, coastal beaches, and surrounding attractions at your own pace. The closest bus stop is located at Maple Street at Cooke Park, Maleny, approximately 2.1km from the property (around a 30–35 minute walk). Bus services from this stop run in multiple directions, connecting you to nearby coastal hubs.
Other Things to Note:
*Please note that the cottage bathroom is separate from the bedroom and accessed independently, providing private facilities exclusively for cottage guests.
*We do not accept schoolies bookings.
*No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently. Young adults are welcome when part of a family booking.
*This home is located in a peaceful residential area. We ask guests to respect neighbours and keep noise to a minimum, especially after 9pm.
*Please note that to stay with us, you will be required to complete a check-in form prior to arrival. Access details will only be provided once this is completed.
