About this apartment rental
Gardners Ridge Estate is a stunning Hinterland country home in the picturesque town of Maleny. Set within gardens with a majestic fig tree centerpiece and an agricultural and sub tropical backdrop, this property is just a short drive to surrounding wedding venues and is also perfect for family gatherings, or reacquainting with old friends. Sit back and relax on the deck, or around the fire pit. It is an ideal base from which to explore the surrounding Hinterland or the greater Sunshine Coast.
Arriving through the front gates you wind down the circular driveway towards the house and past the historic fig tree adorned by stag horns and vines and with flowers and other sub tropical rainforest plants nestled within its root structure. It is a resplendent piece of nature offering a grand entrance to the property.
Entering through double timber doors and past an internal stone wall, this magnificent rural country home has a fully equipped kitchen which is integrated with dining, living, and entertaining spaces. This well designed property looks out over paddocks towards the rainforest and Gardners Falls.
The living space opens onto a balcony with outdoor lounges and seating, while the grounds include gardens, hedges and established plantings and trees including orange, avocado, mulberry, and passionfruit. There is also a fire pit within the grounds from which you can experience a balmy summer evening or the crisp night air of winter.

* Strictly no Smoking.
* While we love animals, this property is unsuitable for pets.
* We have a rental agreement that needs to be signed prior to stay.
* For longer stays (more than 14 days) guests must agree to pay the cleaning cost for our cleaner to come every 14 days of your stay. This includes cleaning the property, changing over all the linen, and topping up consumables. Please don`t hesitate to contact us if you have any queries regarding this. The additional cleaning fees will be added to your booking.
* Be conscientious of our neighbours and please ensure that you leave the property neat and tidy prior to departure, including the removal of all rubbish.

What a beautiful house and such a magical and tranquil setting! From arriving via the meandering driveway to pulling up to the grand entrance of the house, it was a lovely stay from beginning to end. Modern amenities, nice and clean and tidy, and an expansive layout ideal for families and a big group. The gardens are perfect for exploring and the verandah was a relaxing spot to sit for hours and enjoy the sounds of the local birdlife - and be treated to a visit from the local kookaburras! We had a very enjoyable four nights at Gardners Ridge Estate and would definitely do a return trip. Thanks Jonathan and Hanna for sharing your lovely home with us.

Our 2 night stay with 5 frienda stattes out on a very wet weekend. So inside and enjoying the fireplace, lounge rooms, games and comfortable beds and specracular showers were awesome. Lerfe t place for a rsiny day.

Well appointed and recently renovated bathrooms made this a very comfortable stay. Great views and lovely gardens. Would definitely book again.
