Exceptional Customer Service and a Beautiful Apartment Exceptional customer service from the moment I booked. It was so wonderful to stay at these apartments, and I was incredibly impressed with the customer service throughout my entire stay. I had accidentally put the wrong address into Google Maps, and when I informed the host that I was a little lost, they came and picked me up right away. I was about one kilometer away, and they arrived within 10 minutes to pick me up and take me to the apartment. It was such wonderful customer service, especially since I had so much luggage. They also walked me through the apartment and explained everything. The apartment was impeccably clean, well organized, and very, very spacious, with a beautiful view of the sea and a lovely terrace outside. I was also very impressed with the beautiful architecture, design, and layout of the apartment. Most of all, however, it was the exceptional customer service that stood out. Even though I was staying for only one night, they checked on me a few times during my stay and followed up several hours after I had checked in to make sure everything was okay. I could not have been more impressed with the apartment and, most of all, the exceptional customer service. A truly wonderful experience.
